Returns and Exchanges

  • General Policy: Returns and exchanges are typically not accepted on most physical items. However, we are committed to assisting our customers if they have any issues with their orders.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send a picture of the item to terri@rustypepperboutique.com along with your first and last name and any pertinent information. We will provide refunds or replacements for defective or incorrect items.
  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for merchandise damages after the item has been worn, washed, or altered. No exceptions.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital items, there are absolutely no refunds on any digital products. No exceptions.
