Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Handling Delays

  • Lost or Misdirected Shipments: If your shipment is lost or misdirected, we will reship your order once we determine the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame.
  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
